Sorry I don't know about christmas because iam a hindu religion(India). We celebrate"s: New year, Dewali, Dusherra and Shankranti and etc.. these all are famous festival in hindu culture.But in India christian people will celebrate christmas festival on Dec 24th, 25th and 26th, they celebrate all three days continues.

The story that I read "THE DOGS THAT WERE REALLY SNAKES " :

The story is in between the moon and dogs. Bahloo, the moon god and three dogs are friends. Bahloo has a friendly nature. The moon, before asleep taking his friends for a walk at every night. The people loves the god moon but they doesn't like his dogs. The moon asked to the people will you please help to the dogs to bring another side of the river. But the people said, we love you, and we fear you, they are not even really dogs they are snakes.
